Not much came out of Australia in the 80’s besides a poor Ashes team, Kylie Minogue and this cocktail created in Melbourne, Victoria. Equal parts Midori (melon liqueur) and Cointreau shaken with lemon juice served straight up.

This Caribbean classic should have you thinking sunny days, blue skies and sandy beaches. Mount Gay rum and Malibu with coconut cream and pineapple.

Even more eighties than Tina Turner or Back to the Future! A sweet and fruity mixture of Midori (melon liqueur), Créme de banana and Malibu shaken with fresh lime & pineapple, served long over ice.
